This policy describes the personal data processed by the present website. It does not cover the data processed in the Mizio product on behalf of its customers.

The website collects personal data only through the demo request form:

  • full name;
  • organisation and role;
  • professional e-mail address;
  • phone number (optional);
  • content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to answer your request for a demo or a quote. The processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), collected through the checkbox of the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Recipients

The data is intended only for the Cloudevia teams in charge of answering you. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor passed on to commercial partners.

Cookies and trackers

This website uses no advertising cookie and no audience-measurement tool. It loads no resource from a third-party service: fonts are served by the website itself.

  • A functional session cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, remembers the displayed language when it differs from your browser’s language. It disappears when you close the browser.
  • Your choice of light or dark theme is kept in your browser’s local storage, under the key theme. It is never sent to the server.

These two items are strictly necessary for the service you request. They are exempt from consent.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your data. To exercise them, write to contact@mizio.fr.

If you consider that your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL: www.cnil.fr (new window).

Data processed in Mizio

When a public body uses Mizio, it remains the controller of its staff’s data. Cloudevia acts as a processor, under a contract compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR. This data is hosted and processed in France.
